I inserted myself into a story telling group as a kind of artist-in-residence. I was thinking of exploring the spirituality of other people through project work. Enterbeing is a spritual story telling group that meets every week on NE Alberta. I love going to the meetings and hearing the stories. I also like the peace and love that is shared between people who are only acquaintances or even strangers.
My first project with the Enterbeing story telling group was to ask them to make flags for a banner that would illustrate and respond to the life-story we had heard that night. Here are some examples of the flags and what the banner looked like after we installed it.
