A few years ago, say 2006, I realized that my father had really interesting stories about interactions he's had over the years involving strangers. I started to re-enact these moments. I've since started a series of re-enactments involving other people's interactions with strangers.
For the first Stranger Moments project I did with other people, I asked members of Enterbeing to write down short descriptions of interactions they'd had with strangers. Enterbeing is a spiritual story-telling group that meets each week on NE Alberta. I then asked amateur and professional actors to help me re-enact the moments throughout the neighborhood where Enterbeing meets. Thanks to Scott Braziel and everyone at Enterbeing.
